This shortblock is standard equipment in all BRZ/86 models and is a direct bolt in replacement for the OEM block or will serve as the perfect base to build a forged motor.
NOTES:
- THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE MOTOR: This is a fully assembled bottom end, which consists of a block, crank, rods and pistons only. You will need to reuse your stock cylinder heads or purchase replacements.
- THIS IS NOT A FORGED INTERNAL MOTOR: For high-powered applications, we recommend replacing the cast OEM pistons and rods in this block with aftermarket Forged OEM-size units.
- NO ANCILLARIES INCLUDED: You will need to purchase all gaskets/seals/fasteners/pump/timing chain etc. separately
